THE TRAINING

In a time of rapid change, rising citizen expectations, and increasing demand for accountability, public sector organisations must deliver projects that are not only efficient but also adaptable, scalable, and impactful. This intensive Agile Project & Delivery Management Training is designed to equip public service professionals with the practical tools, frameworks, and mindset needed to lead with agility. §  use iterative planning, sprints, and backlog management to deliver incremental value and respond to changing priorities;

§  identify and mitigate risks early through agile tools and adaptive delivery strategies;

§  measure success and impact using agile performance metrics and project delivery indicators suited to public sector objectives;

§  design action plans for applying agile methodologies to current or future public service projects.
