THE CONFERENCE

The CDC2025 conference is designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of public officers in the areas of resource mobilization, project planning, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) frameworks. As governments around the world face increasing pressures to optimize resources and deliver sustainable development outcomes, effective project management and resource allocation are paramount. This conference will focus on developing critical competencies needed for the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of projects, with a special emphasis on practical approaches and methodologies.

The theme, "Building Expertise in Project Planning, Proposal Writing, and M&E for Public Officers", reflects the growing need for public officers to be equipped with the tools to secure funding, create robust project plans, and measure the success of their initiatives.
