INTRODUCTION
The International Study Tour and Summit on E-Procurement Systems and Technology is a high-level professional learning program designed to combine policy dialogue, technical exchange, and practical exposure to advanced digital procurement systems. As governments and public institutions accelerate procurement reform agendas, the effective adoption of end-to-end electronic procurement systems has become essential for improving transparency, operational efficiency, value for money, and public trust.
This program provides a structured platform for senior procurement officials, policymakers, system administrators, auditors, and technology leaders to examine how modern e-procurement platforms are designed, governed, implemented, and sustained across the full procurement lifecycle.
