  • Resource allocation and budgeting
  • Project scheduling and milestones
  • Logical Framework Approach (LFA) and theory of change

Module 3: Risk Management and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identifying and analyzing project risks
  • Risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Mapping stakeholders and communication planning
  • Conflict resolution and stakeholder buy-in strategies

Module 4: Execution, Monitoring, and Control

  • Project execution best practices
