THE SUMMIT
The International Summit and Study Tour on e-Budgeting, e-Procurement, and e-Auditing Systems with Practical Technology Demonstrations is a high-level executive program designed to support governments and public institutions in strengthening financial governance through the adoption of integrated digital systems. Under the theme “Advancing Public Service Delivery through Digital Transformation,” the summit provides a strategic platform for senior public sector officials to explore how modern digital solutions can enhance transparency, efficiency, accountability, and service delivery outcomes across government institutions.
This summit is specifically structured to bridge the gap between policy intentions and practical implementation. It brings together policymakers, financial managers, procurement professionals, auditors, and ICT leaders to examine global best practices, institutional models, and real-world applications of digital financial systems. The program combines high-level expert sessions with practical technology demonstrations, enabling participants to gain hands-on exposure to how these systems are designed, deployed, integrated, and monitored within modern public sector environments.
A key feature of the program is the study tour component, which provides participants with guided institutional visits to selected organizations operating advanced digital financial systems. These engagements offer direct insights into system architecture, data flows, compliance monitoring mechanisms, procurement lifecycle management, audit automation tools, and the integration of financial platforms into broader governance frameworks.
