THE WORKSHOP

The Mastering Communication, Coordination, and Interface Management Workshop is a high-impact professional development program designed to strengthen the ability of organizations and professionals to manage communication flows, coordinate complex activities, and effectively oversee interfaces between departments, projects, stakeholders, contractors, and operational units.
